Agave Macho is created by Cavas Don Roman y Compañia in San Isidro Guishe, where mezcal has been the economic driver of the village for several generations.

Come along with us to San Isidro Guishe, Oaxaca where we discovered Agave Macho Mezcal, a community of Mezcal producers in the high country smack in the heart of Ruta de Mezcal (Mezcal road) with numerous wild agave species, and the people of the region. We filmed our journey so you can explore the process of production and glimpse the lifestyle of the people who make it all happen.
